A 45 minute workout straight to the point. Move through a series of high intensity intervals that combine power + endurance. Regardless if you’re an experienced athlete or new to fitness, this class will allow you to get in, get moving & get results!

Our CrossFit program blends strength training and cardio to condition your entire body for functional movements that translate into everyday life. You’ll be surrounded by a small class of your peers and coached by a Certified CrossFit Trainer to ensure you’re moving safely and effectively. There’s no better way to get in shape and improve your health! You can come to as many CrossFit classes as you want, and we’ll also help you with nutritional guidance, monthly goal-setting meetings, and peer and coach accountability and support.

JSPEED – SPEED & AGILITY

Designed for young athletes to improve strength, speed, agility and quickness to excel in any competitive sport. The JSPEED Program will build a foundation for speed and power output essential in long term athletic development.

We ask that all members show up at least five minutes before class starts so that we can keep everyone on time.

Come in with an open mind. We are all here to get better and become healthier, so please have a positive attitude when you walk through the doors. Use GV CrossFit as a place of peace for you, a place where you can have some “you” time. Contribute to our community by introducing yourself to new members and cheering on others.

GV CrossFit has designed its programs so that all you have to do is literally show up. Every class is led by a coach who will lead you through a comprehensive warm up, thoroughly explain the workout, and teach you how to execute the daily movements in a safe and efficient manner.

We will always scale the workout so that it is tailored to your specific needs and abilities. We don’t stop there. We have a workout tracking system that you will have full access to so that you can track your progress in a measurable, observable, and repeatable way. This means you can actually see your results!
