You will work on flexibility, functional strength, cardiovascular health and many more life-enhancing benefits. Remember, all movements are scalable to match your experience and capabilities.

Besides rowing machines and bikes we do not have your “traditional gym” machines. We focus on functional movement patterns and utilize various pieces of equipment to accomplish this.
No, we encourage everyone to start as soon as possible. There is no need to “get in shape” before you start crossfit. The important thing is you come with an open mind and ready to workout.
Yes you are welcome to bring your children, they will be able to stay in our lobby area. Please note this is an unsupervised so bringing something to keep them entertained is encouraged.
